Confirmation of appointment

Please confirm your appointment when you receive the text of email. If you have not been to us before you will be sent some forms. Please do this before you arrive and submit them. This means you can start enjoying the peacefulness the minute you enter.

Arrival

Your treatment time has been especially reserved for you, so please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment, allowing you to wind down and fully enjoy your Experience. Whilst we will always try to accommodate your treatments in full, we would hate for your treatment to be cut short due to your late arrival.

Booking treatments in advance

We highly recommend you book your treatments upon leaving. This will ensure you don’t miss out on your preferred Therapist and times. We will recommend a personalised treatment plan to give you the best possible outcomes.

Health Matters

Please inform us of any health related issues you may have at the time of booking. Conditions we need to know about include (but are not limited to) things like: high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies and pregnancy. If you are unsure whether something might be important, please discuss this with our beautiful team.

Cancellation Policy and fees

As we have reserved this space exclusively for you to ensure the personalised care you deserve, the following policy applies to all bookings:

Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required at the time of booking. All online bookings require a 50% deposit, which will be applied toward your final bill.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit will not be forfeited and will remain as a credit on your account for future bookings.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. A new deposit will be required to secure future appointments.

No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.

  • In cases of repeated no-shows, a 100% charge of the scheduled service may apply, and a 50% deposit will be mandatory for all future bookings.

We do not offer refunds. If you contact us within a few days of your treatment, a credit may be applied to your account.

Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions

Please note that lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced. All gift vouchers must be redeemed by this expiry date. Gift vouchers are considered a deposit for your booking.
Cancellation of a confirmed appointment within 24 hours or not showing for an appointment will result in a forfeit of your gift voucher in-line with our cancellation policy

No further discounts are allowed on already discounted packages.
