Ambience

For the relaxation and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones are turned off and noise is kept to a minimum while in the Centre.
If you need to take a call, please do so outside to maintain a peaceful environment.

Appointments and Arrival

Your treatment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to relax and complete any required forms.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting the next client.

Booking, Payment and Deposits

To secure your booking:

All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Initial (first-time) visits require full payment upfront.

Online bookings require payment at the time of booking.

In-person or phone bookings require the applicable deposit or full payment, applied toward your final balance.

We recommend booking your next treatment before leaving to secure your preferred therapist and time.

Health and Safety

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy at the time of booking.
This allows our therapists to tailor treatments safely and effectively to your needs.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness for all clients:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance:

Your deposit will be refunded to your Plaza Wellbeing account within 5–10 business days, or

If you reschedule at the same time, the deposit will move with the booking.

Cancellations made within 24 hours: a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply.

Cancellations within 3 hours or ‘no-shows’: a 100% charge may apply.

Repeated no-shows will require full prepayment for future bookings.

Cancellations must be made either:

Online via our booking app, or

By calling Plaza Wellbeing Centre and speaking directly to a staff member.

Please do not email cancellation requests.
Messages left outside business hours may not be accepted as valid cancellations and may be charged accordingly.

We do not offer cash refunds. Credits may be issued at the discretion of Plaza Wellbeing Centre if you contact us immediately. This may take up to 5-10 days to get to your account.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are treated as deposits and must be redeemed before the stated expiry date.
Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
If an appointment booked with a voucher is cancelled within 24 hours or missed, the voucher will be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Discounts cannot be applied to already discounted packages or vouchers.

Privacy Policy

Plaza Wellbeing Centre respects your privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Your details are used solely for appointment management, service delivery, and communication purposes.
We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

Prices and Services

Prices, treatments, and services are subject to change without notice.
All treatments and promotional offers are provided at the discretion of Plaza Wellbeing Centre and may be withdrawn or updated at any time.
