Prue – Owner
Prue opened the Plaza Wellbeing Centre in 2017 after seeing the benefits first hand of using pilates machines interstate, and wanted to bring this therapy to Alice Springs. Prue has a passion for helping people and she loves the way clients come into Plaza Wellbeing Centre in pain, stressed or having a bad day and they walk out feeling so much better.
Her favourite part of owning Plaza Wellbeing Centre is the beautiful clients and amazing team. Being closed for the whole of 2023 (except Fabio working out of Mercure) showed that what the Plaza Wellbeing Centre does really helps clients and they missed it so much.

Caity is a proud Alice Springs local and our friendly part-time receptionist. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated mum of two who enjoys quality time with her family and staying active with a game of volleyball.

Fabio is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, and he has a Physiotherapy and Osteopathy background. Fabio has been working at Plaza Wellbeing Centre since 2021 and loves all that Alice Springs has to offer – particularly the fantastic mountain bike, hiking and walking trails.
It’s very rewarding to witness and be part of client’s physical and emotional improvement we can reach through all these massage modalities!
Luciana
Massage Therapist
Luciana is a highly qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with 15 years of experience as a rehabilitation physiotherapist in hospital settings, including 8 years specialising in hospital oncology massage. She specialises in functional dermatology, lymphatic drainage, contouring massage, and pregnancy massage. Trained in Remedial Massage in Australia, she combines physiotherapy techniques like relaxation, stretching, osteopathy, and light-pressure remedial massage. Luciana has worked extensively in hospital settings, including orthopaedics, oncology, and rehabilitation for chronic and developmental conditions.
I‘m a happy person who likes to give my best in everything . I try to make the most of this beautiful journey that is life.

Lacy has lived in Alice Springs since she was 3 years old and is finishing high school here while getting customer service and receptionist experience at Plaza Wellbeing Centre.
