Toning and
Rehabilitation Tables

Feel your best and support your overall wellbeing with our toning and movement tables — a low-impact, full-body exercise experience that’s gentle yet effective.
If traditional gyms aren’t your thing, this could be the perfect way to stay active and feel great.

Our clients love the way regular sessions help them feel lighter, more flexible and energised.
The tables guide your body through smooth, controlled movements that promote balance and relaxation while encouraging body awareness and mobility.

We offer single sessions, memberships and multi-session passes — but we think you’ll love how refreshed and motivated you feel after each visit! Not sure yet?
