Prue opened the Plaza Wellbeing Centre in 2017 after seeing the benefits first hand of using pilates machines interstate, and wanted to bring this therapy to Alice Springs. Prue has a passion for helping people and she loves the way clients come into Plaza Wellbeing Centre in pain, stressed or having a bad day and they walk out feeling so much better.
Her favourite part of owning Plaza Wellbeing Centre is the beautiful clients and amazing team. Being closed for the whole of 2023 (except Fabio working out of Mercure) showed that what the Plaza Wellbeing Centre does really helps clients and they missed it so much.

Fabio is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, and he has a Physiotherapy and Osteopathy background. Fabio has been in Alice Springs for 2 years and loves all that Alice Springs has to offer – particularly the fantastic mountain bike, hiking and walking trails.
It’s very rewarding to witness and be part of client’s physical and emotional improvement we can reach through all these massage modalities!
